波士頓Antagen（Antagen Pharmaceuticals）是一家抗體開發公司。Antagen主要為癌癥，自身免疫性疾病和傳染病患者開發治療性抗體，Antagen開發了快速測量慢病毒滴度的快速測試，這對于科學家使用慢病毒作為基因傳遞工具進行基礎研究或CAR-T治療至關重要。我們的第二代LentiTitre盒式磁帶有4個通道，可以將樣品與已知滴度的慢病毒標準物并排進行比較。與常規感染方法的天數相比，結果可在短至5分鐘內獲得。

雖然BALB / c小鼠表達IgG2a，但是一些其他近交小鼠品系如C57BL / 6，C57BL / 10和NOD不具有IgG2a的基因，而是表達IgG2c同種型。
